  • 1. How to make a purchase?

    Browse through our products available online at Once you’ve chosen an item that you like to purchase just put a quantity and click ‘Add to Cart’.

  • 2. What are your payment options?

    We currently accept Cash on Delivery payment for serviced areas. Payments via bank deposits, e-wallets, and credit card payments will be available soon.

  • 3. Where can you deliver?

    For small and medium size items, we can delivery Luzon wide through our third-party standard delivery provider. For large items (furniture, large appliances, large hardware, sports equipment), we have limited delivery within Pangasinan, La Union, Ilocos Sur, and Zambales only fulfilled by our in house CSI Delivery trucks.

  • 4. How much is your delivery fee?

    Delivery fees may vary depending on the item. Please see the delivery fee reflected on your cart upon checkout.

    For large items, a corresponding delivery fee shall be coordinate with you by our store representative after we receive your orders. ‘Large items’ include but not limited to furniture, large appliances, hardware, sports equipments.

  • 5. What modes of payment can I use for my cash on delivery purchase?

    If your choose COD option for your purchase, our delivery team will only accept payments in form of cash bills. Personal or business cheques, credit card and other modes of payments may not be accepted. Please coordinate with your store representative.

  • 6. How does the ‘In store pickup’ option work?

    We currently offer the ‘Instore pickup’ option for our CSI Dagupan ( Lucao) branch. Simply make a purchase online and choose the ‘instore pickup’ option upon check out. After placing an order, a customer representative will contact you for the pickup schedule of your order. Pickup schedules will usually be two (2) to four (4) hours after your order has been placed. Kindly coordinate with our store representative if you need to reschedule or change the schedule of your pickup. Failed pickups will be considered as cancelled orders within the day, if not coordinated properly.

  • 7. Where do I pick up my orders if I choose ‘store pickup’ as my delivery option?

    Our pickup station is located in front of CSI Stadia where CSI Supermarket is currently located. Please look for the tent with a ‘Pickup Station’ sign or at CSI Mal Dagupan Gate 5 between Mcdonald’s and National Book Store.

  • 8. Can I place an order in advance for store pickup?

    You may place an order in advance for your store pickup. Kindly give the date and time of your preferred schedule to our store representative when they contact you for your order.
